Replacement of pump core assembly
A complete set of pump core assemblies with the following reference numbers can be used:
SV200:71436770 SV300:71436780
Tools needed:
SV200/300:10mm, 17mm, 27mm open wrench or socket wrench.
We recommend the use of new seals when installing pump cores and tanks, tubing and ballast valves.
Discharge pump oil
Remove the cylinder liner, tubing, tank and exhaust valve (see Section 3.9).
Remove the import flange, anti-return valve (see Section 3.6) and spring.
Remove air ballast valve (6/14).
Remove the screw, remove the pump core (7/96), remove the coupling pad (7/60).
Remove the screw and disconnect the coupling (7/59).
Tak down the key (7/86).
Install new or overhauled pump cores in reverse order.
Adjust the coupling on the motor shaft so that there is a gap between the motor side of the radial blade fan and the inner wall of the coupling cover. Then adjust the pump coupling so that there is a gap between the two half coupling. The correct gap list is as follows:
Clearance Between Pump Core, Fan and Coupling Cover, Clearance between Two Half Coupling
SV200/300 3mm 3mm
Tighten the positioning screw on the coupling with LOCTITE viscose.

According to the process involved, hazardous substances can spill over from pumps and oils. Take corresponding measures.
